This past week Paul took a group of our
FBCLA High
Schoolers on a week long camp. The camp kept them very busy hiking, rafting,
canyoneering, & rock climbing! We didn't hear from him all week and to pass the time Nora and I planned our own fun things!

Saying Good-Bye to Daddy.

We had dinner with a friend one night.
Here, Nora is placing her order.

We got ice cream on a hot afternoon. Nora didn't understand why she got one spoon full and I got a whole carton! The perks of being an adult I guess!

Mmmmmm!

We went out to breakfast, just the two of us, one morning. I love breakfast food and it was fun getting up and going out!

After breakfast we went shopping!
How can two girls get together and NOT go shopping!

We went to the park almost every afternoon to get the wiggles out!

Walking Max, one of our family's favorite daily tasks!
One picture, which I should have taken, was when we went to pick Paul up at the church on Friday. We walked across the parking lot and Nora was noticing the trees, the plane, her shoes but when she noticed her Daddy, all else vanished and she ran, in her waddle/hop kind of way, screaming Daddy! She ran into his arms and was happy to stay there for the rest of the day! It was very sweet and a moment I should have gotten on film but instead I will just have to keep as a memory. We are all thankful to have Paul home!
